Installation view, "Dribble", solo exhibition, in Buenos Aires, Argentina. A study of a story shared in a real society. The exhibition consists of video works whose theme of illegal actions and the stuffs used during shooting. Most of them are shot and created in Buenos Aires. The gallery faces "Florida Street" where a video work I submitted was shot. The action of pickpockets as a fiction, is chosen as a motif really happens a lot just out of the door. Each work obviously presents a fiction but, in fact, it has the artfully complicated relations with reality.

Eight video works, TV monitors, DVD players, five photos, showcases, clothes(used for shooting), ketchup, mustard, cardboard, paper, acrylic paint, marker pen, shopping cart, soccer ball, etc.

"D.V.D"(2013), came from the idea that illegal copied DVD lined up and seen on the street in Buenos Ares. I secretly photographed people on site and designed the jackets of DVDs using those pictures. The works indicate that the captions of description of them as well as those of violation of their right of publicity. In the video, the scene of that the DVDs were really sold at the place where they were secretly photographed was filmed. One of the persons I took a photo of found him on the DVD jacket and got trouble with him. The event was included in the video. There is one empty space in a row in the installation view because he bought the DVD at last. This work manages fiction that illegal copied movie DVD as a motif. In fact, it focuses on real passengers who are photographed and are made main characters of the stories without their permission. It is strongly linked with reality like violationof right of publicity. I describe the way the fiction which steps into the reality obscures the relations between the fiction and the reality.

"Florida Street"(2013) is a famous place for pickpockets in the world, I act as a tourist and most of the belongings are stolen in various traditional ways of stealing. The belongings such as a camera, watch and a lot of passports are made from cardboards, however. Informed that in advance this setting is fiction because of those fakes, the action of pickpockets take place in the real place where stealing really happens. That is, the false setting is shared in the real place. About the relations between the players shared with falsehood and the reality surrounded by them, I intend to describe the way of its mixing. In the show, together with the video, impossible number of fake passports and the things used in the shot such as cardboard-made camera and a shirt with ketchup stains.
